From the desk of Dinesh Kabra

Pebble Sierra is the result of a commitment to excellence, intelligent planning, and focused effort towards one goal: bridging the gap between industry and academia. This can only be done by giving the participants a taste of the how industries use the resources and tools available to them. The sole purpose of Pebble Sierra is to impart quality and value based education to encapsulate the future need of industry. This will not only create a tremendous value for the university-goers to accept the new challenges that the industry poses in front of them but will also boost the performance in the industrial sectors.

Pebble Sierra has created a dynamic model with leading professionals in their respective field to train the students in exactly what’s being practised in industry. A rare-air dream requires an explosively great team, and we are fortunate to have built one. We are a bunch of recognised industry professionals and experts in our respective domains with one mission: rendering more than 70% of Tier 1 and Tier 2 Indian universities industry-ready by 2020.

It is 2018. It’s time to start get bolder in our target-setting and achieve 10X compared to what we did in 2017.

On a personal note, let us do our part to grow positivity, release scarcity, inspire productivity, push audacity and radiate humanity on a planet that needs these more than ever before. The difference between ordinary and extraordinary is that little extra. Let us be that ‘little extra’. Let us be citizens of mastery. Optimism is a gorgeous contagion. Let us harness it.

I read a sharp-witted quote one vibrant afternoon by Mark Twain on my trip to Shanghai. I wish to greet all of you and end this note with the same.

Let’s awaken the giant within.
Training is everything. The peach was once a bitter almond; cauliflower is nothing but cabbage with a college education.
