IN CASE PEBBLE SIERRA ACADEMY RESCHEDULES THE TRAINING EVENT, THE OPTIONS AVAILABLE TO THE DELEGATE ARE:

  • 100% refund will be made if the rescheduled dates do not fit into the delegate’s schedule.
  • The delegate would have the privilege of rescheduling and attending a class in future at his/her convenience, at any location, in any future scheduled batch.
  • The delegate, if wishes to, can send his/her replacement. However, this should be intimated to Pebble Sierra Academy at least 5 business days ahead of the event date.

 

IF A DELEGATE WISHES TO RESCHEDULE HIS/HER REGISTRATION TO A FUTURE DATE, A RESCHEDULING FEE WILL BE CHARGED AS MENTIONED BELOW:

  • Please note that rescheduling will be subject to availability.
  • If the request of rescheduling is received ahead of 7 days or more, 10% of the total registration fee will be charged. This 10% would have to be additionally paid before attending a different session. No refund shall be initiated in such cases from Pebble Sierra Academy’s end.
  • If the request of rescheduling is received with a gap of fewer than 7 days between the receipt of the rescheduling request and the commencement of the training session, no refund shall be made from Pebble Sierra Academy’s end.
